Delete Your DiamondBoard Account

You can request deletion of your DiamondBoard account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your DiamondBoard account:
Email: Request Account Deletion
Or send an email manually to abiolaolowokere@gmail.com with:
- Subject: "DiamondBoard Account Deletion Request"
- Body: Confirm that you would like your account and data deleted
- Sent from: The email address you use to sign in to DiamondBoard
Processing time: We will process your deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile (name, email, and account ID)
- All teams you've created
- All player rosters you've built
- All game schedules and results
- All batting orders and fielding lineups
- All authentication tokens and session data
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited time after deletion:
- Anonymized analytics data — app usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you personally
- System logs — retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes, then automatically purged
- Records required by law — if applicable, we may retain information we are legally required to keep
None of this retained information can be used to identify you personally.
Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before requesting deletion, you may want to:
- Export any lineup or roster data you want to keep (contact us if you need help with this)
- Let any assistant coaches or team members know
- Cancel any ongoing features you've set up
