We strive to keep the app available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiamondBoard and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of profits, or game management mistakes.
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We'll try to give notice for significant changes, but this isn't always possible.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
